Buschjost celebrates a jubilee:
A merry atmosphere and an interesting day out

"Friedrich Buschjost proved he had courage when he started a business in 1933 and this courage has carried on through the past 75 years of Buschjost" noted General Manager Michael Preinerstorfer. "It is courageous that we've stuck to the 'Buschjost way' up till now. We stand for reliability, quality and hard work. Valve technology is still our passion." Preinerstorfer reinforced.

On 28th February 1933 Friedrich Buschjost laid the foundation for our company and thus for an unprecedented development from a small one-man operation to the innovative global player of today.

Under the motto 'The future's green', Buschjost Norgren GmbH + Co. KG invited business partners and friends to a very special day in Bad Oeynhausen to celebrate its 75th anniversary.

In his address, Michael Preinerstorfer described the last 75 years of Buschjost and together with Oliver Wehking, General Manager for Technology, and the former General Manager, Dieter Freudenberg, told a few anecdotes. "Above all, the many investments, which we were able to make in the past years, have been the basis for our and in turn your success." Oliver Wehking remarked, praising the good teamwork with Norgren group, which Buschjost has belonged to since 1997.

Mayor Klaus Müller-Zahlmann was one of many to congratulate Buschjost and identified the firm as an integral part of the Bad Oeynhausen economy. "Buschjost is closely linked to us. The company improves the town's image and reputation."

In the afternoon, the approximately 200 guests had the opportunity of a behind the scenes factory tour and to sit down and chat with Buschjost workers.

The evening continued at the GOP Varieté-Theater Kaiserpalais in Bad Oeynhausen. In addition to the attractive vaudeville programme, good food was provided. Later the band Ladylike catered for the necessary mood to dance.

So that the event is remembered for years to come, at the end of the evening each visitor received a photo of themselves with their business partners to take home.
