Satisfied Customer Wins Camera in Buschjost Draw

Every company, and of course Buschjost is no exception in this respect, is concerned to have satisfied customers.
As appropriate feedback is the only way of ensuring continuous improvement to guarantee customers the best possible
service, Buschjost carries out customer satisfaction surveys at regular intervals. This is why all new customers
acquired in 2006 were also interviewed at the beginning of this year.
Buschjost entered all of those who returned the questionnaire in a draw for a Casio EX-S 600 digital camera.
The survey has now been completed and the lucky winner was Peter Kasper of Heima GmbH & Co. based in Liechtenstein.
He has been able to call the camera his own for several weeks and has already started trying it out at every
opportunity.
