High temperature piston valves

Buschjost rounds off its Click-on® range of piston valves with the 85720 series, which is designed specifically for hot (up to 200 degrees C) gases and liquids at pressures between 0 and 25 bar.

These new valves have powerful solenoids to reliably exert the forces demanded by the toughest service conditions. The dry solenoid (up to DN 25) simply clicks onto the body. The valves are specially designed and manufactured to make them resistant to dirt and deposits. Their seals are made of high temperature resistant PTFE.

To avoid deposits on the piston bearing surface, when open the piston and the seals are retracted as far as possible from the flow passage. High-class manufacturing techniques, which include the use of stainless steel pistons and rolled surfaces, maximise service life and minimise maintenance costs.

Click-on® solenoids can be supplied for all standard voltages from 12 to 230V, as well as numerous special voltages and frequencies. The body is made of brass. The range of valves comes with connections from 1/4" to 2".

Also available for special applications is a comprehensive range of accessories, which includes a manual override and an electric position indicator.
