Compact Blow-Tube Filter Pulse Valves
for Thorough Cleaning

Buschjost has now developed an adaptable system of blow-tube filter pulse valves specifically designed for cleaning dust filters with tank systems. These valves are characterised by high flow rates and simple, robust design. As the individual components of a system approved for a pressure of up to 8 bar are carefully matched, a very compact configuration with tubes as close as 75mm between centres is possible. This makes the system very flexible. The range of conventional valves for pulse cleaning is supplemented with designs with a special scavenging characteristic. With tubes between 70 and 200mm in length, the latter cater for a wide range of individual tank systems. The all-aluminium tubes are available in nominal diameters from 25 to 40 mm.

Buschjost uses its recently developed actuating solenoids that just twist onto and off the body of the valve. The range also includes the alternative of externally pilot actuated valves. Solenoid and externally pilot actuated valves with ATEX approval for hazardous zones 1/21 and 2/22 are also available.

Depending on size, the valves achieve a Kv value of 22 or 59. For a long, maintenance-free service life, all are fitted with quality TPE diaphragms that have been subjected to long-term testing. A version of this valve for dusty gas temperatures of up to 140°C is also available.
